Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Orthopaedic Fellowship Program
The Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Fellowship program is designed to provide extensive clinical experience in both the nonoperative and operative management of shoulder and elbow disorders. The fellow actively participates by evaluating patients in two weekly clinics and taking part in shoulder and elbow operative cases with the attending surgeons on the shoulder service.
Research also plays a role in the fellow’s development, with active participation in the research activity of the Shoulder Research Group . It is also the responsibility of the fellow to prepare didactic lectures for the orthopedic residents in addition to participating in clinical education during clinic and weekly conferences.
